Choc-Oat-Chip Cookies

Ingredients:
1 cup margarine or butter
1 + 1/4 cups packed brown sugar
1/2 cup sugar
2 eggs
2 Tbsp. milk
2 tsp. vanilla

1 + 3/4 cups flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
2 + 1/2 cups quick oats
1 - 12 ounce pkg chocolate chips
1 cup coarsly chopped nuts (optional)

Directions:
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. In a large bowl, cream together all the wet ingredients. Add the dry ingredients and stir till well blended. Drop dough by spoonful onto a cookie sheet and bake at 375 degrees for 9-10 minutes. Cool on a cooling rack for 1 minute.
