Whole Wheat Pancakes


Ingredients:
1 cup whole wheat flour
dash of salt
1 tsp. baking soda
2 eggs
1 + 1/2 cups buttermilk

Directions:
In a medium bowl, combine all ingredients and stir till well blended. Drop batter onto a hot, greased griddle and brown both sides. Serve hot with maple syrup.
