Honey Butter

Ingredients:
1 cup honey
1 cup butter, softened
1 tsp. vanilla extract

Directions:
Beat all the ingredients in a medium bowl with an electric mixer on high for 3 minutes (until the mixture thickens). Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 4 weeks.
