Bisquick Mix

Ingredients:
10 cups flour
1/3 cup baking powder
1/4 cup sugar
1 Tbsp. salt
2 cups shortening

Directions:
Mix together all dry ingredients. Once blended, cut the shortening into the mix. Store up to 6 weeks at room temperature in an airtight container.

To make pancakes, add:
1 + 1/3 cup milk
1 egg
2 cups bisquick mix

To make biscuits, add:
1/2 cup milk
2 cups bisquick mix

To make muffins, add:
1 cup milk
1 egg
3 Tbsp. sugar
2 cups bisquick mix
