Granola

Ingredients:
6 cups quick oats
1/2 cup brown sugar
3/4 cup wheat germ (optional)
1/2 cup coconut
1 cup slivered almonds
1/4 cup sunflower seeds
1/2 cup nonfat dry milk
2/3 cup honey
2/3 cup vegetable oil
2 Tbsp. water
1 + 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
1 cup raisins (optional)

Directions:
Preheat oven to 300 degrees. Mix all ingredients in a large bowl till well blended. Spread mix on a large baking sheet. Bake at 300 degrees for 25 minutes (stirring twice while baking). Cool on the pans and store in an airtight container.

Time to Make: 20 minutes prep plus 25 minutes baking
